Functionality screen

This screen highlights technical faults with the website, such as error messages that are displayed, or images which don’t load.

Why it matters

Faults may indicate that part of your website is not working without your knowledge. They may inhibit or prevent conversions. Even minor issues can impair the experience of your users and therefore damage your brand.

How to use it

If any faults are detected, they will be listed at the top of this screen with either a red or yellow exclamation mark (red issues are more severe and will appear first). Click on an issue to view more information about it, and see parts of the website that are affected by it.
