Here are some simple examples of policies:

• Avoid writing in CAPITAL LETTERS
• Find PDFs newer than September 2018
• Write your name in a specific way (“University of X”, never “X University”)
• Avoid gender-specific professions (“firefighter” instead of “fireman”)
• Add a trademark symbol next to all uses of your brand names
• When linking to a 3rd party, include “external link” in the text for the link
