Silktide is offered with one of three support levels.

Bronze support

Our self-serve, lowest cost option. Usually you will have bronze support if you purchased Silktide month-to-month via credit card online.

Our recommended support level for most small to medium-sized organizations. Most of our customers have silver-level support.
